4.2 Payment & Pricing
(a) Payments for online courses and in-person services are processed securely through our third-party payment gateways. You are responsible for paying all applicable fees for the courses or services you select.
(b) Mantle reserves the right to modify course fees, service pricing, and payment terms at any time. Any price changes will not affect purchases that have already been confirmed.
4.3 Refunds & Cancellations
(a) Accessed Content: Once a digital course, programme, or digital resource has been purchased and accessed or logged into, no refunds will be given.
(b) Unaccessed Purchases: If you request a refund before accessing or logging into the course material, refunds are granted strictly at Mantle's discretion. Mantle reserves the right to offer you a transfer onto an alternative course or programme in lieu of a cash refund.
(c) Cancellations by Mantle: Should a live programme or course be cancelled by Mantle, we will contact you to offer either a full refund or a transfer to an alternative date or programme.
5. Community Code of Conduct
When participating in our community spaces, interactive groups, video calls, or course forums, you agree to adhere to the following standards:
(a) Respectful Behaviour: You must conduct yourself in a polite, professional, and ethical manner at all times.
(b) Prohibited Conduct: You must not engage in, post, or transmit any material that:

(b) Personal Use Licence: Subject to compliance with these Terms, Mantle grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view and complete course materials for your own personal or internal business development.

(d) Artificial Intelligence (AI) Scraping: You are expressly prohibited from using any Website Content or community user content for the purpose of training, fine-tuning, or ingesting into Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), or Large Language Model (LLM) tools.
8. Warranties & Platform Disclaimers

(a) Security: You are responsible for taking your own precautions (e.g., antivirus checks) to ensure accessing our site does not expose your systems to malicious computer code. We do not accept liability for loss or damage to your computer systems or devices.

However, any exclusions that are unaffected shall remain in full force and effect.

(d) A reference to a "person" or "you" includes an individual, estate, corporate entity, association, partnership, trust, or joint venture;
(e) References to a party include that party's executors, administrators, successors, and permitted assigns;
(f) Headings and bold text are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation;
(g) The word "includes" and similar words are not words of limitation;
(h) No provision will be interpreted adversely against a party solely because that party was responsible for drafting it; and
(i) References to "Ā£" or "pounds" are to Pound Sterling (GBP) currency.
