An 8‑week live online programme to help you design, test and strengthen a social enterprise that creates real impact and generates sustainable income.

Across live sessions, practical tools and tailored support, you will:

• Clarify your social mission, beneficiaries and value proposition
• Develop or refine your business model and income streams
• Stress‑test your ideas with peers and facilitators
• Build a simple financial picture so you understand viability 
• Create a clear action plan for the next 6–12 months

Format & dates

• Live online group sessions with the option to rewatch any session
• Duration: 8 weeks
• Cohort size: Small group so there is time for discussion and questions
• Next cohort: 19th October – 7th December 2026  

To take part in the Accelerator you will need to be available for the teaching sessions on the dates below from 10:00am - 12:30pm (UK time): 

19th and 26th October and 2nd, 16th, 23rd and 30th November

As part of the accelerator you will receive 2 one-to-one sessions with me. I will work with you early in the accelerator to confirm when these will be. If there are any times or days you can not do, please let me know as soon as possible so that I can work around them.

£800 + VAT per person
