6 one-to-one sessions delivered remotely, at a pace that works for you, weekly or fortnightly.

Each session is structured but flexible. We'll start with where your organisation is now, identify what needs strengthening, and work through it together. You'll leave every session with clear actions and a stronger sense of direction.

Between sessions, you'll have space to implement what we've discussed, and I'm always at the end of an email if something comes up.

This isn't a course you follow. It's coaching and structured support built around your organisation, your challenges, and your goals.

I'm Jodie Marshall - consultant, coach, and founder of Mantle. I hold a master's degree in Social Enterprise and Cooperative Management, and I've spent years working alongside purpose-driven organisations to help them become more resilient and financially sustainable.

But I'm not just an advisor and coach. I've founded my own social enterprise, consultancy and fitness business, chaired a charity and worked in executive positions for other organisations so know first-hand what it takes to build something meaningful while keeping the lights on.
